God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. -1 John 4:16

With the birth of each of my five children, photography has slowly matured from a hobby to an appreciation and finally into a passion. Learning to capture those small beautiful moments in life that seem so fleeting has become imperative to creating my work. It seems as if, with the gift of each of my beautiful children, that the understanding of what time really is has been slowly impressed upon me. God gives us such a short amount of time in this world, and as I capture those precious moments of life, I feel that it gives me just a momentary glimpse into understanding why and just how deeply He loves us.
My hope is that, through my photography, I can give you the same depth of understanding that the love we have for those closest to us is only a very small reflection of the love God has for us.
With Love,

My Photography

Although I do all kinds of photography, I really do enjoy most the photography of newborns, babies and kids. My “studio” is anywhere my clients take me! I understand that with the arrival of a precious newborn that leaving the house is not always the easiest or most comfortable for new parents. So for all of my newborn sessions I travel to you and accomplish a mix of natural light lifestyle photography as well as adorable posed close-ups of the new arrival. All within the comfort of your own home! For even more information on my newborn sessions and please visit my pricing and information page on babies first year.
For babies through kids, young adults, engagements and weddings I also travel to you. Don’t worry, no need to travel to my farm! (Unless of course you wanted!) Your session can be at your venue, an outdoor setting of your choice, or an outdoor location of my suggestion. I absolutely love using the natural God-given backdrop of Colorado, but am always open to your creativity. Also, if there is ever anything that will create an even deeper meaning in your photos such as a special location, a treasured heirloom, or anything else you can think of, please just let me know! These are your memories!

I am so excited to meet you and your family and I leave you with this:

Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. -1Jn 3:18

I pray that you see the love of God, my family, and my photography not just in my words, but in my every action. And so I pray that the work I do for you also reflects that love through every step from first contact, to session, and finally in your memories that will hang on the walls of your home.
